Demoralization as a form of teacher burnout

چکیده

<p>Over fifty years of research investigating teacher burnout has resulted in a well-accepted model that involves three dimensions: exhaustion, depersonalization, and loss accomplishment. Recently, new cause attrition been proposed called “demoralization,” on the argument demoralization is distinct phenomenon from burnout. In light methodologies allow for examination unique pathways or “profiles” burnout, we explore question, providing an analysis suggests instead depersonalization can be fairly represented as one profile burnout.</p>
